Intensives

Our primary ministry is the one-week or two-week intensive visits. We are a crisis counseling facility and believe that often it takes more than hourly sessions with a therapist to experience break through – especially when there are deep issues involved. When clients arrive, they are invited to "unpack" their emotional baggage and leave it all out for the duration of their stay. The lengthy one-on-one sessions are thorough and specifically designed to peel back the onion-like layers of woundedness. We call our therapy model Experiential Transformational Counseling. Psychology has its merits and our spiritual directors are well-educated in psychological principals. However, it's the healing power of the Holy Spirit that brings about lasting transformation.

There are several options available for the intensive visits. An individual can come for one or two weeks. We often work with couples in a martial crisis. For the most difficult marital situations (for example when there's been infidelity) we recommend a two week visit with the couple working with two coaches the first week (a male coach with the husband and a female coach with the wife) and then spending the second week working together with one of the coaches from the first week. This approach has been very successful in restoring many marriages that seemed beyond hope. Couples can also come for one week working with two coaches or working together with one coach – depending on the specific situation. Our Client Services Coordinator works carefully and prayerfully with each prospective client to map out the best solution.

Hourly Sessions

For local clients, we are available on a session by session basis. These sessions are typically 90 minutes long and are $100. Payment is due at the appointment. We also work with clients who have been through the intensive program via telephone counseling. We have found that phone sessions can be a very helpful part of the game plan for back home. The same rate applies and appointments are made by contacting the Client Services Coordinator.

Seminars

Over the years we have conducted countless seminars at various churches and other venues. We would love to come to you and minister. Some of the programs we have done in the past are marriage seminars, women's weekend retreats, inner healing workshops and leadership training. We customize a program based on your needs and input.
